At Faith Bible Fellowship, we strive to equip women in their own personal roles. Our goal is to minister to the needs of women in our church and community. The “Women of Faith” group gathers once a month for a time of singing, sharing, and prayer. Weekly morning Bible studies and retreats are also important aspects of this ministry.
Consider Joining us for one or both of these weekly women’s Bible studies
Wednesday’s – 9:30 am – This Bible study group of women (18 and older) meets in the Fellowship Hall and is led by Sandy McDonald. Typically the first hour and a half consists of discussion of the questions studied during the previous week. The last half hour is a time for prayer requests and prayer. The group is currently studying from John MacArthur’s book: 1, 2, 3 John, Jude, Established in Truth..Marked by Love. Come at 9:15 am for coffee and a few minutes of fellowship before class begins promptly at 9:30 am.
Friday’s – 9:30 am – Women’s Precept Study: Women 18 and older are invited to participate in this in-depth inductive Precept Upon Precept® Bible study led by Carol Thomas. The current study is on the Book of Malachi and will be completed on October 4th.
The following study will be on the Book of Zechariah beginning October 11th. The class begins promptly at 9:30. Arrive early for coffee and fellowship. The class consists of one hour homework discussion followed by a one-hour video.
We also host many of our yearly events throughout the year. Our Couples’ Banquet each February is a great way to fellowship with each other, celebrate marriage, and learn more about God’s plan for families. The Ladies’ Spring Tea offers women of all ages a chance to hear a great speaker, worship together in singing, and enjoy a tea party atmosphere. Both events are free of charge and we welcome the community to join us.
