In 2011, Jon and Victoria Miller relocated from Indiana to Alaska, initially settling in Bethel, a remote off-road location, for a decade. In 2021, they decided to move closer to their grandchildren by joining the road system.
Jon is pursuing a Ph.D. in Bible Exposition, having been involved in ministry and preaching at various churches for over two decades. His dedication to understanding Scripture led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Religion (2009) and a Master of Arts in Christian Apologetics (2020). Jon is passionate about teaching the Bible and witnessing people’s spiritual growth in Christ.
Victoria is a counselor in private practice and works as an educator in the Behavioral Health Aide program. She holds a Ph.D. in education and has an extensive background in psychology, creative writing and literary arts, and professional counseling. When not immersed in their studies, Jon and Victoria cherish time with their children and grandchildren, tackle home improvement projects, plan beach getaways, and frequent yard sales and antique shops.
Their prayer is that through Bible-based, Christ-centered teachings, individuals will be encouraged to examine and question their beliefs, ultimately becoming equipped to articulate the core tenets of Christianity – Jesus Christ’s crucifixion, burial, and resurrection.
