Meet Cheryl Edmond

The first eight years of my career were spent as a Police Dispatcher directing police units to emergency calls after all, I am a Police Officers daughter. On this journey, I had gone to church throughout my life but felt a distinct calling to know the Lord, Jesus Christ as my Savior in a more profound way.

I felt called to pursue a college education focusing on Human Development as my major and spent 30 years in the Human Resources arena with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. This included several professional certifications. One of which namely, the Myers-Briggs Assessment which focuses on communication skills.

Currently, I speak nationally and hold a title as a Amazon Best Selling Author, and an Organizational Leadership Consultant. My book is titled, “I Get to Because I Choose To,” discussing how to be an advocate and not a victim of your circumstances.

I also enjoy spending time in the flower garden or traveling with friends and family.

In addition, I serve on the National Board of Directors for
Stonecroft where strategic planning serving the greater community is realized.

I reside in California where I feel one of my greatest accomplishments was raising my son who is now married and raising two children of his own.
